"Meaty" Crumbled Tofu

 What You'll Need

- 1 block of extra-firm tofu, drained & pressed

- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

- 2 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 tbsp. sweet paprika

- 1 tsp. dijon mustard

- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 1 tsp. onion powder

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/2 tsp umami seasoning

- salt & pepper to taste


How Long It'll Take

It takes only a few minutes to mix the spices and tofu, and then 25 minutes to bake.


Let's Get Started

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix everything together.

2. Spread onto the baking sheet, sprinkle a little extra paprika, and bake for 25 minutes.
